3 months has given way to 1 day, my love.

Goodbyes,
such good training for our final goodbye
teaching us the illusionary nature of time

whether months, years or a lifetime
gone
just like that

this body perishes
as all bodies do
as Jopoa's did
as all living beings before us
and as all living beings to come

but love is eternal

we met
and fell in love here
on what was once called zaadz

I came to Johannesburg to love you
in both body and mind

now I leave momentarily
to do the exciting work
that will lay the groundwork
for the rest of our life

I fly eastward, hummingbird
migrating long enough for sustenance
though my body is gone
I am not
I am living in your heart
both Jopoa and I

I know you will cry tears tomorrow
as will I
but our love will rebound quickly
and we shall flow into our lives
separated as we have been before we met
doing our iimportant work
until we soon meet again

Wow, it is amazing how you share this story at this particular time in my life.  You are now dealing with something similar to what I am.  I have also met someone so thoroughly ingrained in my soul here on Gaia.  He has given me, with his words, something no other has been willing to give me.  You give my faith a boost that I can't explain with words.

I never think of myself as anything
I just flow out my creative energy
As far as I know and feel
I don't actually exist
but when you are living in a state of emptiness
that's the genuine state

anna and I just love each other
allowing love to flow out
we have identified the love within ourselves and each other
and we are really just like children, more than anything else
there's a refreshing innocence to love like this…

Hummingbird and I didn't know what we were getting into, did we? hehe!
As anna says
we must just trust in ourselves
and to me, this means trust in our own bliss
this energy that wells up from within when we are resonating with someone deeply

As Jopoa taught me
with her life and even moreso with her death
and with anna's daughter's precious life and death
this life is short and precious
why do we spend so much time mired in unhappiness
when in a very real sense
that switch to be happy is within each of us
and we have simply to switch it to the “on” position

Life seems so complex and befuddling at time
but all those reasons for not being happy and fulfilled
are all just reasons that prevent us from accomplishing that very simple action
of turning the bliss switch on
of finally giving ourselves permission to love and be loved
all I can say is just do it
and if it isn't right, then it wasn't meant to be
but if it feels right, then you've found something precious!

brings back memories of when we first met
when we were mere strangers
how could we know then
that our hearts were searching for each other?

when we first met
there was a familiar feeling of home
a fuzzy, vague yet real sense of immediate comfort

something familiar and comfortable on first meeting
revealed now to be the crown jewel of this boundless field of love

saying “I love you” to another
and having it received wholeheartedly
allows love to blossom
to fill all the entire space of ones being
to become the enormous presence it alone is capable of
to actualize its potential to transcend all boundaries
and reveal its identity-less nature

loving another in this deep way
reveals just how connected we can become
to the outside world
Love is the attraction of the universe with itself
In the moment that love is liberated and unleashed to it's infinite expansiveness
the distance between ego and the world dissolves to nothing
not a thought, a concept or an idea
it is a pure experience of separatelessness

While impure love is materialistic in nature
another expression of grasping
genuine love with another being
is limitless, expansive, dissolving, selfless and egoless

Discovering the beauty of another living being
one wants to share it with all other beings
not hoard it to oneself
The beauty of such love
reminds one of the sacredness of life itself
the preciousness of this life
it's brevity
and the need to share this discovery with as many beings as possible
