the heart holds nothing
yet is full
sitting in this fullness
nothing to hold
beloved Swamiji
thank you for the gift of your loving ways
the seeds you have sown
the myriad gifts you impart
- may they spread their branches
like wings
and soar
Om

AUM NAMO NARAYANAYA
(Salute to Narayana)
Aum Namo Narayanaya … I get chills when I read Truth!
Still floating from my first meditation with all of you. Purity exists.
AUM NAMO NARAYANAYA
With much gratitude,
with love,
Ladybear
I'm looking for an mp3 or I'll try to upload it, of Om Namo Narayanaya by Swami Brahmananda. Till then, this beautiful one
Hari Om Namo Narayanaya
Deep Bows Anna, Sanmuga, Kathy, Ladybear, Meenakshi. I love you.
The One comes in many forms
yet we do not recognize
and fall into suffering
into
attachment,
aversion,
indifference
hatred,
war,
killing,
violence
In each case
the object is always the same
the One which is not seen
In their ignorance of the One
the ignorant fall into suffering
In your awareness of the One
you manifest the natural arisen spontaneous bliss
When enemies come
you say
ah, here comes the One in wrathful form
Hello old friend!
When strangers come
you say
ah, here comes the One in a forgettable form
Hello old friend!
When friends come
you say
ah, here comes the One in an attractive form
Hello old friend!
When friends leave
I still have the solace of strangers and enemies
when enemies leave
I still have the solace of strangers and friends
and when strangers leave
I still have the solace of friends and enemies
The wise manifest this living truth in their hearts
but for the unwise
no amount of words or ideas can hide the pain that comes from ignorance
Lovely, Lovely, Love-ly.
OM Bastet
Guru sakshat param Brahma, tasmai sri gurave namah.
(Guru is Lord Brahma, Guru is Lord Vishnu, Guru is Lord Maheshwara. Guru is verily the supreme reality. Sublime prostrations to Him.)
Note:
Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwara are the holy trinity in Hinduism.
Anna,
Thank you for drawing me here. Truly nothing to hold.
Such love, our beloved Swamiji has shown here, and you certainly, as well.
The Lotus so planted is already beginning to open its petals with a Divine Fragrance.
Om Namo Narayana -
Deb
Thank you to Swamiji for the enlightening thought and idea.
And also thanks to Anna for drawing me here….
Finally, but not least, thanks to Gien for posting his beautiful and enlightening idea in the form of a “Poem” expressing the reality or the true nature of human.
